The HR-V is motivated by a naturally aspirated 2.0L inline-4 engine developing 158 horsepower and 138 lb-ft of torque. It also features multipoint fuel injection and an Eco Assist system for greater efficiency. Partnering with the motor is a continuously variable transmission that intelligently delivers power to the drive wheels and helps achieve a fuel economy of up to an EPA-rated 32 MPG highway.
